Who can see my MeetCute profile?
Your profile is completely private.
It is not searchable on the MeetCute website or through search engines. The only way someone can view your profile is if they receive your personal link or scan your QR code.
How are introductions made?
Anyone who receives your MeetCute link or QR code can view your profile.
If they're interested in getting to know you, they'll complete a personalized introduction form that includes thoughtful questions about themselves and why they feel they'd be a good match.
Their responses are sent directly to you for review.
Do I have to respond to every introduction?
No.
You're always in control. You can choose to respond, ask additional questions, or simply decide the introduction isn't the right fit.
There is never any obligation to continue a conversation.

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time.
Once your membership ends, your MeetCute profile and introduction page will no longer be active.

When is payment due?

Because every MeetCute is personalized and created specifically for you, all sales are final and refunds are not available once payment has been made.
Your MeetCute includes personalized profile creation, profile design, QR code generation, digital materials, and one-on-one review before your profile is activated.
You'll have the opportunity to review your profile and request changes before it goes live to ensure you're happy with the final result.
